SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Longhorn Tactical Trading, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service for all our customers, both within the UK and internationally.
 

Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) working days from the date of purchase. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
 

Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to fulfil all deliveries, with the choice of carrier dependent on the size, weight, and nature of the item being shipped.

  • Smaller items are typically dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Larger or heavier items are dispatched via Parcelforce Tracked services.
     

Tracking Information
All orders, whether domestic or international, are sent using tracked delivery services. Tracking details will be provided via email once the item has been dispatched, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment.
 

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service used. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
 

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. All international shipments are sent using tracked services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be applicable in the destination country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Longhorn Tactical Trading, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully content with your order, please refer to the guidance below.
 

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items, subject to the following return periods:

  • UK Customers: Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • International Customers: Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
     

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all supplied components.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
     

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at orders@longhorntacticaltrading.com within the applicable return period. Please provide your order number and reason for return. A member of our team will provide instructions and a returns reference number.
 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
 

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider. All refunds will be less the original postage charges.
 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process as outlined and indicate the preferred replacement. Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 calendar daysof delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover any associated return postage costs where applicable.
